Awaraa's New Summer Cocktail List

Head bartender Awaraa has unveiled a new summer cocktail list, built around bright, herbal and unrepeatable flavours you will not find anywhere else.

Each drink comes out of our Mixology Lab, where the team explores new ingredients, prepares house-made infusions and tunes every recipe by hand. The full list is available only at the 12-seat bar counter, where you can watch each cocktail come together.
